Each missed theortical assignment will drop 1 point. Answers to exercise 8.1.1
• Programming Projects : 20%
• First Project: Minimization of Automata project1.tar Due Tuesday, October 23rd
• Second Project: No Second Project!
• 3 Partial Exams: 50%
• First Partial Exam: Covers Regular Languages on Thursday, September 27th

• Second Partial Exam: Covers CFG's, CFL's and Pushdown Automata on Tuesday, November 6th

• Third Partial Exam: Covers Turing Machines, Decidability and Tractability. (Third example shifted to final exam)
• Comprehensive Final Exam: 20%
• Final Examination on December 10th (Monday) 3:00-6:00pm.
• Covers material of the three tests above. You will be responsible for all previous test material. Study the material on the outlines for tests 1-3 AND tests 1-3.

Individual Efforts: No Team participation is allowed.
• Submission: E-mail attachments sent to instructor
• Submit all source and include files and makefiles
• Do not submit binaries PLEASE !!!. Repeat offenders will face penalties.
• Partial credit given to non-functional programs
